Our story: Mosaic Surveying started in May 2025 after owner and Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) Clayton Burnley decided to take his 25+ years of surveying experience and expertise and start his own surveying company that specializes in a variety of surveying and drone services.
Licenses and Certifications: Clayton Burnley, PLS-2017017641. Remote Pilot Certified through the FAA, certified to fly a drone to complete your unique needs.
Two Locations: Based out of St. Charles with a second location near Fredericktown, MO where the Burnley family’s ‘century farm’ is located. With ties to both areas, Mosaic Surveying provides xxxxxxxxxxxxxx.

With over two decades of field experience in all aspects of land surveying, including the latest technology such as drone surveys. From small residential boundary surveys, commercial surveys, to 100+ acre surveys, we have done it all.

My familiarity with county records, zoning codes, and development trends allows me to anticipate potential issues and deliver accurate, compliant survey results.
